    2. Afizan Pte Ltd doesn't have to check Communication Services all the time. But we can look at what's been shared and take down anything we don't like. We can also stop you from using Communication Services, without telling you first, for any reason. We can also give info to the law, or edit or remove anything shared, if we think it's needed.

    3. Sometimes, there are rules about how stuff shared on Communication Services can be used, copied, or shared. If you download anything, it's up to you to follow these rules.

    4. Be careful about sharing personal info on Communication Services. Afizan Pte Ltd doesn't control or support what's shared on Communication Services, so we're not responsible if anything bad happens because of it. People who run the services aren't Afizan Pte Ltd's spokespeople, and what they say doesn't always match what Afizan Pte Ltd thinks.

  7. Member Account, Password, and Security

    1. If you need to make an account for any of the Services, you have to fill in the registration form with all the right details. You also need to pick a password and a username. It's really important to keep your password and account info secret. You're responsible for everything that happens with your account.

    2. If someone else uses your account without permission or there's any kind of security problem, you have to tell Afizan Pte Ltd straight away. Afizan Pte Ltd won't be responsible for any losses you have if someone else uses your password or account, even if you didn't know about it. But if someone else uses your account or password and it causes losses for Afizan Pte Ltd or someone else, you might have to pay for that.

    3. You're not allowed to use anyone else's account without their permission.

  8. Notice specific to software available on this website

    1. Any software you can download from the Services ("Software") belongs to Afizan Pte Ltd and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright. You can only use the Software if you agree to the terms of the end user license agreement (if there is one) that comes with it ("License Agreement"). But Afizan Pte Ltd can't promise these tools and utilities will always give accurate results. When you use them, make sure you respect other people's intellectual property rights.

  9. Notice specific to documents available on this website

    1. You're allowed to use Documents (like white papers, press releases, datasheets, and FAQs) from the Services, but only if you follow these rules:

  10. Notices regarding software, documents and services available on this website

They also don't promise that using Afizan.com will always give the expected results or that the information, services, or items provided through Afizan.com will always be accurate or reliable.

    2. Afizan.com is provided "AS IS" without any kind of warranty, either express or implied. This means that apart from warranties that the law says can't be excluded, restricted, or changed, there are no other warranties, such as warranties of title or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

    3. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or harm caused by things like mistakes, interruptions, viruses, or unauthorised access to information, whether because of breaking a contract, doing something wrong, or for any other reason. User understands that Afizan Pte Ltd isn't responsible for any harmful behaviour from other users or third parties, and that the risk of this happening rests with the user.

Afizan Pte Ltd, or anyone involved in creating, producing, or distributing Afizan.com or Afizan Pte Ltd software, won't be responsible for any damages, including things like direct, indirect, or special damages, because of using or not being able to use Afizan.com. Apart from what's already mentioned, neither Afizan Pte Ltd nor its affiliates, information providers, or content partners will be responsible for any errors, delays, or other issues with the information on Afizan.com, or for any claims or losses because of them. Force majeure – If something unexpected happens that's out of anyone's control, like natural disasters or power failures, neither party will be responsible for not being able to do what they're supposed to under this agreement. The affected party has to tell the other party about it within fifteen days. Then, the agreement will be put on hold until things go back to normal.

    1. The links in this section will take you away from Afizan Pte Ltd's website. Afizan Pte Ltd doesn't control these linked sites and isn't responsible for what's on them or for any changes or updates to them. Afizan Pte Ltd also isn't responsible for any webcasts or other transmissions from these linked sites. These links are provided for your convenience only, and just because a link is included doesn't mean Afizan Pte Ltd endorses the site.

    2. Afizan Pte Ltd distributes content from third parties and users but doesn't create it.   14. Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Please don't send any original creative work, samples, demonstrations, or other creations. Even if you still send us your ideas and creations after we've asked you not to, please understand that we can't promise to keep them secret or treat them as your property.

  15. Monitoring

    1. Afizan Pte Ltd might check what's on Afizan.com, like chat rooms and forums, to make sure it follows this Agreement and any rules set by Afizan Pte Ltd. This is also to follow any laws or requests from the government. Afizan Pte Ltd can decide on its own to change, not post, or delete anything sent or posted on Afizan.com. This includes removing anything that Afizan Pte Ltd thinks breaks the rules or is not good.

  16. Indemnification

    1. User agrees to protect, cover, and keep Afizan Pte Ltd, its partners, and their directors, bosses, workers, and agents safe from any claims and costs, like lawyer fees, that happen because of using Afizan Pte Ltd by User or User's Account.

  17. Termination

    1. Either Afizan Pte Ltd or User can end this Agreement whenever they want. Afizan Pte Ltd can also close User's Account right away if User does something Afizan Pte Ltd thinks is not okay, or if User breaks this Agreement.

  18. Miscellaneous

    1. This Agreement and any rules for using Afizan.com set by Afizan Pte Ltd are the complete agreement between the parties about what they're agreeing to, and they replace any earlier written or spoken agreements between them about the same things. This Agreement follows the laws of Singapore, without considering any conflicts between laws. If either party doesn't enforce a rule in this Agreement, it doesn't mean they're giving up the right to enforce it later. The headings in this Agreement are just for organization and don't change its legal meaning.

  19. Copyright Notice

    1. Afizan Pte Ltd and its logos are trademarks owned by Afizan Pte Ltd. All rights are reserved. Any other trademarks you see on Afizan Pte Ltd belong to their respective owners.

  20. Trademarks

    1. The names of real companies and products mentioned here may be the trademarks of their respective owners. The example companies, organizations, products, domain names, email addresses, logos, people, and events mentioned here are made-up. They're not linked to any real company, organization, product, domain name, email address, logo, person, or event.

  21. All rights that aren't specifically granted here are still held.
