How it Works

1. Purchase Broadband Plan

Submit the quotation request form with all required information filled in.
We will prepare the contract and send it to you for signature.
Submit all signed documents along with a copy of the authorised officer's NRIC.
We will complete the form with your selected Internet Service Provider (ISP) to activate your service.

2. Fibre Terminal Installation

The Network Line Termination (NLT) device will be installed by the ISP technician at your premises. This is the point where the fibre connection enters your building.

3. Router Configuration

The ISP will configure the router settings, including connecting it to the fibre terminal. This may involve setting up WiFi and assigning IP addresses (Dynamic or Static), ensuring your devices are ready for connection.

4. Connect Devices

Once the router is set up, simply plug your devices into the router using Ethernet cables or connect via WiFi using the provided password. Your broadband connection is now ready for use.
